Bio- Working a full time job, being a mother and a wife has its challenges however Cindy still makes time for herself, working out at least 3 times a week to keep a strong, healthy body. Cindy loves animals and long naps on the weekends.

    I love to exercise but that was not always the case. In my teens and early twenties I was a self -proclaimed couch potato. I am living proof that anyone can learn to, if not fall in love with exercise, or at least incorporate it into a healthy lifestyle. Besides helping people achieve their fitness goals, my aim is to change the way people view personal training and exercise itself. I think people in general are intimidated by trainers fearing that we are all a bunch of Sgt. Slaughters out for sweat & blood. Granted while we can fit that bill for those craving that, we can tailor any program to fit our client's attitude and expectations. There are so many different ways to attain your goals that once you have the guidance of a personal trainer, exercise does not need to be intimidating. I look forward to helping you take your fitness to the next level.
