Lauren is certified through the ACSM as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer and also has her C.S.C.S certification. She also has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University of Alabama and has ten years experience as a trainer/coach. She’s worked with ages ranging from 5-87 and has experience coaching a variety of athletes as well. She’s a stickler for form and enjoys every second of training.
