As the owner of Freedom Fitness, Jay LaFrance is more than qualified to fulfill any fitness needs. He is a ISSA certified Fitness trainer that is capable of creating a diverse program specifically designed to strengthen and tone every area of the body. Targeting fat loss, muscle gain, and performance improvement are just some of the areas in which Jay specializes in. His vast knowledge on exercise techniques would be a heatlhy addition to any work out routine. Jay will help you set attainable goals and educate you on exercises, nutrition, and practicing a healthy lifestyle so that you can feel your best each and every day. Cindy LaFrance

Owner

 

Working a full time job, being a mother and a wife has its challenges, however, Cindy still makes time for herself to work out at least 3 times a week to keep a strong, healthy body. Cindy loves animals, long naps on the weekends, and her group fitness classes with her peers! Cindy is responsible for all administrative duties as well as bookkeeping at the gym! She is devoted to providing the best experience for all members of the gym! 

Dalton LaFrance ATC, LAT

Certified Athletic Trainer

Sports Performance Specialist

 

Dalton is a Certified Athletic Trainer that graduated from Louisiana State University in 2014. He has experience training high caliber athletes with LSU baseball and woman’s soccer. He also has 2 years of experience working with young high school athletes to increase their athletic ability on the field and maintain injury free performance throughout their respective seasons. Dalton returns to us from a one year residency program in Houston were he furthered his knowledge in manual therapy and gained experience in the high school setting. He looks forward to reaching out to the young athletes to teach the importance of flexibility, explosiveness, and agility to reach maximum athletic performance. 

Megan Bennett

Chain Reaction Spin Instructor

Megan is born and raised a southern girl. When discovering indoor cycling, she immediatly fell in love. The lights, energy, and energizing atomosphere instantly hooked her. Megan's classes are the perfect combination of fun and fitness by deliverying a challenging ride with motivation and music. You will be encouraged to find the connection between resistance and rhythm by riding to the beat of the music. Megan does an amazing job of encourging riders to believe in themselves, let go of their fear, and push past their thoughts of impossibility. When she takes the stage and the music drops, be ready for a fun and calorie bursting ride. Ann is a diehard fitness enthusiast who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys helping everyone with their fitness experience.  She personally enjoys running/walking ½ Marathons, 10K races, 5K’s races, & strength training.  Ann lives in Mandeville and enjoys morning walks on the Lakefront, researching healthy recipes & keeping up to date on the latest health news.

With a warm smile Ann encourages everyone to challenge themselves and do their best.  No matter if you are looking to strength train, improve your endurance, or train for a race you can contact Ann to help guide you with a fitness plan.
