High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT- IT is a 45 minute, full body workout. It will challenge you, push you to new levels, and quickly and efficiently burn calories. You will work through a combination of cardiovascular and toning drills. 60 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. Then, repeat the circuit 45 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. This class will bring the heat and the results! Push your limits, leave drenched, and come back each week for more! *For all fitness levels.
