BURN IT (Monday & Tuesday 6:15pm)

Burn it is the ULTIMATE calorie crusher, hence the name. This circuit style combines cardio and strength training with cutting edge music and choreography that will blast fat and sculpt muscle. Using every part of your body, this workout will leave you drenched. PROVEN RESULTS

ZUMBA (Wednesday 6:30pm)

This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a music video. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. The classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required.

ZUMBA TONING (Wednesday 6:30pm)

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba toning sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged.

CORE FORCE (Monday & Tuesday 5:30pm)

This core class is an intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area. This abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability, giving you tighter, flatter abs or that 6 pack you've always wanted!


 This class is set to music and led by a qualified instructor who takes you through a variety of structured movements, using a step; it raises your heart rate and get blood and oxygen flowing quickly.

Strength Conditioning (Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am)

This class is designed for any age is, during this class you will focuse on lubricating the joints and developing or regaining strength in your muscles (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms)
