Chain Reaction Indoor Cycling

This 45-minute class is great cardiovascular and total body training. Get ready to go on a journey both physically and mentally. This total body workout will challenge and inspire you. When the class starts, the lights dim and the music cranks up. Our certified indoor cycling instructors ensure you are setup correctly on your bike, make sure you feel comfortable, and motivate you through your entire journey.  We can almost bet you will leave feeling empowered, motivated, and stronger each ride. HIIT-IT

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT- IT is a 45 minute, full body workout. It will challenge you, push you to new levels, and quickly and efficiently burn calories. You will work through a combination of cardiovascular and toning drills. 60 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. Then, repeat the circuit 45 second intervals all out followed by a recovery phase. This class will bring the heat and the results! Push your limits, leave drenched, and come back each week for more! *For all fitness levels.

F.I.T

This one-hour class will strengthen, build, and define each major muscle group throughout the body. Motivated by our certified fitness instructors you will move through multiple circuits with the use of various equipment. Never hit a plateau because each class is built differently. Push yourself to reach to new heights and leave feeling better than ever! *For all fitness levels.

Yoga

Flow through one-hour with our certified yoga instructor. This yogi will lead you through a beautiful and peaceful flow. Hit the mat and connect movement with your breath creating peace within your mind and body. This class incorporates strength, alignment, and stretch. *For all fitness levels.

Pilates Mat

This 45-minutes Pilates mat class will work the entire body. Reap the benefits by improving flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, and more. Pilates mat will focus on your core, strengthening your center and creating a burn to tighten and define. Focusing all movement on your mat and typically on the floor you will become stronger and toned with each class. *For all fitness levels.
